Partnering to Advance Student Career Success
The Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) values the important role faculty and staff play in supporting student career readiness and post-graduate success. Career development is most impactful when it is integrated throughout the student experience, and collaboration between academic and student support areas helps ensure students are prepared to successfully navigate their career journeys.The CPDC partners with faculty and staff to connect classroom learning with career exploration, experiential learning, professional development, and workforce preparation. Together, we can help students better understand how their academic experiences align with career pathways and long-term goals.

The CPDC also provides resources and tools to assist faculty and staff in referring students to career coaching, internships, career exploration resources, and employer engagement opportunities.
